Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payment
Bookings for Thrive Yoga & Wellbeing classes, workshops and events are made in advance by email. Payment is required in advance to confirm your place.
The Tuesday evening Studio class operates under the Studio's own booking system and terms and conditions.
Weekly Morning Classes
If you book a block of four or eight classes and are unable to attend a particular session, you can attend an alternative morning class instead, provided it falls within the validity period of your pass.
Four-class pass: valid for five weeks.
Eight-class pass: valid for ten weeks.
Please let me know by email or WhatsApp if you cannot attend your usual class. Unused classes cannot normally be carried over beyond the pass expiry date.
If you book a drop-in class and are unable to attend, an alternative class date may be offered, subject to availability.
Class Changes and Holidays
I will give advance notice of any planned holidays or dates when classes will not take place. Any weeks when regular classes are not running due to my planned holidays will not count towards the validity period of class passes.
On occasion, another suitably qualified yoga teacher may cover a class. I will let you know in advance wherever possible.
Workshops and Events: Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
An alternative date will be offered first, where available and suitable. If a transfer isn't possible, the following refund policy applies:
14 days or more before the event: full refund.
Between 7 and 13 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: refunds are not normally available.
If your place can be filled by another participant, I may offer a refund or transfer even where the usual cancellation period has passed.
If I need to cancel a class, workshop or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Your Practice and Wellbeing
Please let me know before class about any injuries, health concerns or changes in your health that may affect your practice.
Yoga is an individual practice. Please work within your own comfort and ability, use the options offered and rest whenever you need to. Stop any movement that causes pain or feels unsuitable.
Yoga classes support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings during classes, workshops and events.
