A calm, inclusive and welcoming space to reconnect with yourself through yoga.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after a break, you are very welcome.

Take time to focus on your health and wellbeing, release tension that builds up in your body, and notice how you feel. You don't need experience, flexibility or strength. Classes are beginner-friendly, with options always offered so you can find what feels right for your body.

It's a space where you can feel seen, supported and part of a community. Drawing on the roots of yoga, classes bring together gentle movement, breathwork and deeply restorative practices, offering simple, practical tools you can take into everyday life.

Hello, I am Rebecca

I am so glad you are here

A place to put things down for a while

Perhaps you've been carrying more than anyone realises. Perhaps you've spent years looking after everyone else. I know how it is to juggle a lot — a demanding job and busy home life. My yoga classes offer space to step out of the busyness, come back to your body, and simply notice.

Today I teach yoga - gentle, nourishing movement and rest practices that help you release tension, sleep better and feel more like yourself again. A space to move, breathe and pay attention to how you feel, without needing to perform, achieve or already know how to do yoga.

You might come for the movement, but it's often what happens around the movement that stays with you. Your practice gives you space to step away from the busyness for a while — to move, notice and explore. Nothing outside the room has changed, but you may leave feeling different. A little more settled, more spacious, perhaps a little softer.

“Watch carefully the magic that occurs when you give a person enough comfort to just be themselves.”

- Atticus Poetry

    Restorative Yoga

A deeply restful 90-minute practice to slow down, soften and let go of the busyness of everyday life. With gentle movement, fully supported postures, blankets and bolsters, there's nothing to achieve - Just time to rest, recharge and give yourself the care you need.

“Since joining Rebecca’s yoga classes I have felt more relaxed, I’m sleeping better and my flexibility has improved. I love the classes. Rebecca has soft calm voice, she knows her students and makes herself aware of their capabilities and tailors the class accordingly, offering alternatives where needed. ”

I have been to a lot of different types of yoga classes with all different teachers, and I really love Rebecca’s.

The space she holds is just lovely. ‍ ‍ - Kerry
